ConstructionOnline’s recently released Meeting Minutes feature—first introduced in July 2025—now delivers even more functionality with a robust new round of updates designed to help construction teams document, manage, and follow up on meetings with greater speed, accuracy, and visibility.

The latest enhancements further connect Meeting Minutes to ConstructionOnline’s integrated project management ecosystem, ensuring that meeting details, decisions, and action items are seamlessly tracked across the platform.

Key Updates Now Available for Meeting Minutes

New Report Options

Generate clear, professional Meeting Agendas and Meeting Minutes reports directly from ConstructionOnline for easy sharing and saving. 

Expanded System Integrations

Meetings now appear automatically on Company Calendars and Project Calendars, as well as within the Calendar widget on the My Agenda view. A dedicated Meeting Minutes widget has also been added to the My Agenda view for quick access to scheduled meetings. 

Comprehensive Activity Tracking

Key meeting actions—such as creating, editing, and/or deleting a Meeting—are logged in the Company History Log. Additionally, Meetings are now displayed in the Project Timeline for the meeting's associated project and in the Contact's Activity Timeline for Contacts who are invited meeting attendees. 

Convenient Meeting Duplication

The new option to "Duplicate" a Meeting allows users to quickly replicate new Meeting records from existing similar meetings—with just a couple of quick clicks. 

Improved Action Item Management

A new Action Items tab has been added to the Meeting Details blade. All existing Action Items for the Meeting can viewed and managed from this convenient location. Additionally, users can now have the ability to "Create New Action Items" directly from the Action Items section of the Meeting record.

By expanding both reporting options and internal integrations, these updates make Meeting Minutes a more powerful tool for ensuring alignment across all phases of a construction project. Teams can now transition seamlessly from meeting preparation to execution to follow-up—without ever leaving ConstructionOnline.
