TEAMLINK™ PORTALS

• Expanded Bill Management: TeamLink Users with the appropriate permissions can now create new Bills directly from within the portal.
• Secure Financial Access: Bill data is filtered according to assigned TeamLink permissions, ensuring users only see the financial information they are authorized to access.
• Purchase Order Selection: A new Purchase Order tab and table make it easier for TeamLink Users to review available Purchase Orders and select the appropriate record when creating a Bill.

REDLINE™ PLANROOM

• Reliable Sheet Sharing: Redline Sheets can now be shared consistently with ClientLink™ and TeamLink Users, with sharing status saved and maintained as expected.
• Improved Sharing Controls: Single- and multi-sheet sharing workflows now provide more predictable control over individual ClientLink and TeamLink recipients.
• Independent Portal Sharing: ClientLink and TeamLink sharing tabs now operate independently, providing clearer visibility into who can access each shared Sheet.

REDLINE™ TAKEOFF

• Consistent Template Access: The Takeoff Templates table now loads consistently, supporting dependable access to saved Takeoff Templates.

• Faster, Streamlined Access: To Do performance has been optimized to reduce load times for companies working with larger datasets.

COMPANY REPORTING

• Custom Default Text: Change Order Proposal and Contract Reports now consistently include custom, selected Default Text.
• Improved Text Editor Experience: Reports opened in ConstructionOnline's Text Editor no longer display unnecessary borders around text boxes, supporting smoother document editing.
• Updated Change Order Reports: The Change Order Summary and Overview Report have been updated with newer styling and layout.

INVOICING

• Improved Dark Mode Visibility: Column visibility controls within the Invoicing Column Settings modal now display more clearly when using Dark Mode.

INTEGRATIONS

• Google Maps: In-platform functionality has been fully restored across both browser and mobile versions of ConstructionOnline.
