ConstructionOnline™ continues to strengthen everyday project workflows with targeted improvements designed to enhance performance, security, notifications, reporting, and overall platform reliability.

INSURANCE TRACKING

• Loading of Comments and Tags within Insurance Tracking has been optimized to reduce load times and improve the user experience when reviewing and updating insurance details within the platform.

NOTIFICATIONS

• Notifications for Private To Dos are limited to eligible recipients in all instances, helping ensure private task activity is sent exclusively to the appropriate contacts.
• When Punch Lists and/or Checklists are shared by email, attachment thumbnails are appropriately and consistently displayed in the subsequent email notifications.
  
• Activity Summary emails exclusively feature content pulled from Active Projects and exclude content from Pending Projects and Project Templates, helping construction teams maintain focus on live, assignments and current activities. 

FILES & PHOTOS

• Email notifications for File Downloads confirmed to include applicable download links in all instances, supporting dependable access to shared files for all eligible users.
  
• Non-Admin Company Users can view permitted photos consistently within the Company Overview Photostream, ensuring visibility into project progress at all points throughout the platform.
  

PUNCH LISTS

• System logic has been updated to ensure that Project Permissions are applied consistently across all Punch List access points, helping ensure eligible users can access and edit Punch Lists as expected.

REDLINE™ PLANROOM

• Page sort options have been improved to support the Sort by Page Number option within Redline Planroom, offering users more flexible plan organization.

COMPANY REPORTING

• Change Order Proposal and Contract Reports have been optimized to support Change Order Descriptions of more extensive length without impact to other relevant report details. 
• Current Contract Summary Reports now generate reliably in all instances for Five Column Estimates.
• Styling and image spacing within Selection Book Reports has been refined to ensure a more professional and clear presentation.
