ConstructionOnline Publish Report for the Week of September 21, 2026

ConstructionOnline™ continues to strengthen visibility, communication, and workflow control across the platform with targeted enhancements to Costbooks, Scheduling, Comments, Selection Picker, Reporting, Files & Photos, and more.

COSTBOOKS

Costbooks now include a dedicated "History" tab within the Costbook Details modal, providing a record of edits made to Costbooks and their individual items for greater visibility into cost data changes over time.

ONPLAN™ SCHEDULING

• Cost Code Visibility: Cost Codes are now available as both a filter option and a column within the Scheduling table, making it easier to organize and review schedule activity by cost structure.
• New Successor Column: The Successor column displays tasks that depend on the current task as a predecessor, providing enhanced visibility into task relationships and schedule dependencies.
• Baselines in Schedule Templates: Schedules created from templates now handle baseline references more reliably, even in instances where referenced tasks may have been removed from the template. 

COMMENTS

• Comments for Contacts & Leads: Comments are now available for Contacts and Leads, extending centralized communication to additional areas of ConstructionOnline and helping teams keep relevant discussions connected directly to customer and prospect records.

CLIENT SELECTIONS

• Expanded Website Compatibility: The Selections QuickPick™ browser extension has been upgraded for compatibility across additional websites, further streamlining the creation process for Selection Choices and reducing workflow interruptions.
• Accurate Item Imports: The Selections QuickPick browser extension now formats imported Item Cost and Item Name with greater consistency and reliability.
• Streamlined Project Selection: The Project Selector available from within the QuickPick "Add Choice" window has been refined to include only applicable Projects, removing references to non-applicable options—such as My Documents—delivering a more focused selections management workflow.

COMPANY REPORTING

• Improved Punch List & Checklist Reports: Image thumbnails now render fully within Punch List and Checklist Reports.
• Expanded Issue Attachments: Reports now also include thumbnails for Attachments associated with Punch List and Checklist Item Issues, providing more complete project documentation. 

OPPORTUNITIES

• Reliable Access to Project Templates: Options for creating Opportunities from Project Templates are consistently available through the Opportunity creation wizard, helping preserve repeatable project setup workflows.

FILES & PHOTOS

• Accessible Share Links: Shareable links for Files & Photos maintain function and ensure access in all expected instances.
• TeamLink™ Folder Management: Folders copied from All Files within a Project into TeamLink™ Team Member-specific file areas are consistently accessible for the TeamLink User(s) when appropriate access is enabled. 

DAILY LOGGING

• Retained Image Rotation: Image Attachments added to Daily Logs now reflect applied rotation edits for more consistent field documentation. 

NOTIFICATIONS

• Consistent Contact Details: Notifications now universally use the related contact’s Private Details, helping ensure key communications reach the intended recipient(s).
