ConstructionOnline™ continues to refine everyday workflows with targeted updates designed to improve access, performance, organization, and reporting across the platform. This week’s release introduces new Bid Tracking permissions for Opportunities, improves Redline Planroom performance, enhances Selection Picker usability, and more.

OPPORTUNITIES

• Additional Bid Tracking Permissions: Bid Tracking permission controls are now available for Opportunities, giving companies greater control over user access to bid-related opportunity information.

REDLINE™ PLANROOM

• Improved Plan Loading: Redline Planroom performance has been enhanced to reduce loading times and provide faster access to construction project plans.

CLIENT SELECTIONS

• Expanded Selection Creation: The Selection Picker now supports accounts without existing Selections, allowing users to create new Selection Categories and Selections directly through the Selection Picker workflow.
• Streamlined Project Assignment: Opportunities and My Documents are no longer displayed in the Selection Picker project selector dropdown, creating a more focused project list for easier organization & management. 

FILES & PHOTOS

• Consistent Project Template File Structure: Projects created from Project Templates now retain the structure of associated ClientLink™ and TeamLink™ files and folders, helping ensure consistent organization for shared project documentation across new projects.

TIME TRACKING

• Accurate Date Grouping: When Date is selected as a secondary grouping option, Time Tracking subgroups now display in the accurate chronological order.

CONTACT MANAGEMENT

• Reliable Insurance Tracking: The Insurance Timeline within Contact Details now displays expiration tracking information.

BID TRACKING

• Reliable Bid Package Management: Updating the Due Date for a Bid Package no longer interferes with users' ability to delete Bid Packages as needed.

MESSAGING

• Straightforward Link Inclusion: Links can now be inserted consistently when composing new Messages, with improved access to the Insert Link functions.

PERMIT TRACKING

• Improved Permit Filtering: Permit Tracking filters have been updated for easy access to relevant permit records.

COMPANY REPORTING

• Updated Selection Book Presentation: The Selection Book Report now features revised styling and layout for cleaner, more professional presentation and documentation.
