Known for keeping construction teams on track and up-to-date with industry-leading construction project management systems, UDA recently announced new & improved Notification Settings for ConstructionOnline™ Company Users. The recent updates introduce additional User Notifications for Change Orders and Checklists, as well as new options to Mute/Unmute Notifications.

ConstructionOnline™ Company Users can receive various email and/or text notifications at the frequency of their choosing; available options include Summary Email Notifications which can be sent Every 2 Hours, Every 4 Hours, or Once Daily. Following ConstructionOnline's most recent updates, the activities included in Summary Email Notifications have been expanded with new alerts added for -

• Creation of a Change Order
• Edits to a Change Order
• Approval of a Change Order by a Company User
• Approval of a Change Order by a ClientLink™ User
• Creation of a Checklist, Checklist Item, or Checklist Item Issue
• Edits to a Checklist Item or Item Issue
• Completion of a Checklist Item or Item Issue

Additionally, a new option has been introduced allowing Company Users to “Mute Notifications.” Accessible from the user’s Account Settings Menu within each user's Notification Settings, the option to “Mute Notifications” disables all optional email and/or text notifications with a single click. Previously saved Notification Settings can be easily restored through the “Unmute Notifications” option at any time.
