Over the past several months, the ConstructionOnline™ Product Team has prioritized quality of life projects intended to enhance the industry’s leading solution for online construction selection sheet management. As a part of this campaign, Company Users will find the following updates currently available within ConstructionOnline Client Selections -

• Company Users now have the ability to “Show Selection Choice Quantity and Unit Values” as an additional Client Selections permissions option for ClientLink™ Users
• Three-dot action menus have been added to Category and Selection header rows in the Selections Details pane for easier accessibility to additional Client Selections options 
• System logic was updated so that users are informed of character limits for the different Selection Choice fields and are prompted to correct inputs before being allowed to create new Selection Choices or save edits to an existing Selection Choice 
  
  • The following character limits are in place for the respective Selection Choice fields - 
    
    • Name: 256 characters
    • External Vendor: 256 characters
    • URL: 2048 characters
    • Model Number: 100 characters
    • UPC: 100 characters
    • SKU: 100 characters
• System logic was reviewed to ensure the Client Price matches the Approved amount for Selection Choices in all instances 
• The duplication process was reviewed to verify that - 
  • Duplicate items appear immediately subsequent to the source item when duplicating Categories, Selections, or Selection Choices
  • Selection Choice Visibility remains consistent during the duplication of Selections
