Over the past calendar year, ConstructionOnline’s Product Team fulfilled 20+ client-specific feature requests, establishing a new benchmark for industry-leading efficiency and customer service. Some of the most notable feature requests addressed in 2023 include: 

• Introduced SmartLink™—ConstructionOnline’s innovative technology engineered to further integrate all of the moving parts of construction project management—allowing users to link Company and/or Project To Dos to OnPlan™ Schedule Groups or Tasks
• Added Item Images to the following reports: 
  
  • Request for Quote
  • Purchase Order
  • Work Order
  • Selections Purchase Order
  • Change Order Purchase Order
• Added the Scope of Work field to the Opportunity Details widget
• Added the ability to access Lead Details from an Opportunity 
• Modified the size of the Scope of Work and Site Instructions text fields in the Project Details modal
• Added the ability to filter the Project Team Report by the following Contact Types: 
  
  • Company Employees
  • ClientLink™ Users
  • TeamLink™ Users
• Added the ability to print the Lead Calendar from the Month view 
• Added the ability for users to elect to automatically link all Estimate Items to a newly created Costbook when creating a new Costbook from an Estimate
• Added the three-dot action menu to Client Selection Categories and Selections 
• Added the ability to search for Leads and Contacts by Phone Number
• Added the option to use Adjusted Quantity when generating a Request for Quote Report
