ConstructionOnline™ has expanded its tagging capabilities with the addition of Tags for Submittals, Transmittals, and RFIs—providing construction teams with new tools to better organize, track, and manage project documentation. 

The ConstructionOnline Team recently announced a powerful permissions update for the platform’s ClientLink™ and TeamLink™ Portals, granting clients and subcontractors greater control and visibility over project communication. With the latest update, ClientLink and TeamLink users can now be granted permission to mark RFIs (Requests for Information) as Resolved or Unresolved directly from their respective portals.

UDA is pleased to announce the ability to reopen resolved Requests for Information (RFIs) in its industry-leading construction management software platform. This powerful enhancement provides greater flexibility to construction pros managing their project communication and ensures that important matters can be revisited and addressed as needed.

ConstructionOnline is excited to announce a new reminder system put in place for its Requests for Information (RFI) Tracking feature. Similar to the reminder systems in place for ConstructionOnline Permit Tracking and Insurance & Certificate Tracking, the new RFI reminder settings offer users two core functions: the ability to manage custom email templates and the ability to set up automated reminders. 

UDA has released a series of additional filter options to ConstructionOnline’s Request for Information (RFI) Summary Report. In addition to filtering by Project, individual or all RFIs, Status and/or Trade, Company Users can now filter their RFI Summary Reports by Author, Recipient, Assigned Resource, and Complexity. This update builds on the customization options in place when generating professionally-branded summaries of RFI documentation from ConstructionOnline. 

UDA has released a series of updates to ConstructionOnline’s Requests for Information (RFI) Tracking feature that further enhances its accessibility and usability. ConstructionOnline Users will now find additional messaging added to the RFI creation modal that provides further clarity on the different options available for creating RFIs.
